Zonglei "Ray" Dong
Ray founded UVClean USA LLC to bring an autonomous UV-C disinfection platform, Deleflu, from concept to a facility-ready product. He leads the company's technical direction, regulatory strategy, and early institutional partnerships from UVClean's base in Allen and Richardson, Texas.
He holds a dual degree from the University of Texas at Dallas: a Master of Science in Finance (a STEM-designated program) and an MBA, both conferred in May 2025. That combination — quantitative training paired with business fundamentals — shapes how he approaches both the engineering roadmap and the regulatory and operational groundwork required to bring a medical-adjacent device to market responsibly.
