System architecture

Three subsystems, one control loop

Deleflu is designed around three coordinated subsystems: a mobile autonomous base for navigation and positioning, a UV-C LED emission array for germicidal output, and a sensing layer for occupancy detection and safety interlocks. All three report to a central control loop that sequences movement, dosing, and shutoff.

Developed for spaces where manual disinfection is hardest to standardize

Patient & exam rooms

Rooms that turn over frequently between patients, where consistent surface coverage is difficult to guarantee with manual cleaning alone.

Waiting areas, equipment rooms, and other spaces with high foot traffic across a facility's operating day.

Scheduled disinfection passes during low-occupancy periods, logged and repeatable rather than dependent on manual timing.

These are the environments Deleflu is being engineered for. They describe design intent, not an approved or cleared indication for use.

Manufacturing & regulatory

Assembled in Texas, reviewed at the federal level

Deleflu is assembled at UVClean USA LLC's facility in Richardson, Texas. The company is engaging proactively with both FDA and EPA on the applicable regulatory frameworks for the platform, ahead of any commercial distribution.

FDA Pre-Submission: An active Q-Submission has been filed to clarify device classification, applicable regulatory pathway, and FDA vs. EPA jurisdiction for Deleflu. No FDA clearance has been obtained. Deleflu is not currently approved or cleared for clinical use, and no efficacy or safety claims beyond engineering design intent are made.

EPA establishment registration: The Richardson, Texas assembly facility holds an active EPA pesticide-producing establishment registration (No. 97437) under FIFRA. Any future antimicrobial performance claims for Deleflu will be substantiated by testing data and labeled in accordance with applicable FIFRA requirements.
